Determination of technical indicators of sodium humate for feed

(1) Water-soluble humic acid content.

Among the 17 samples, there are 3 water-soluble humic acids with a content of 20% to 30%, accounting for 17.6% of the total; 1 from 30% to 40%, accounting for 5.9% of the total; 4 from 40% to 50%. Numbers, accounting for 23.5% of the total; 4 from 50% to 55%, accounting for 23.5% of the total; 4 greater than 55%, accounting for 23.5% of the total. Among them, one sample is very close to 50%, and 9 samples may exceed 50%, accounting for 53% of the total. Therefore, this standard stipulates that the water-soluble humic acid content ≥50% is qualified, and the water-soluble humic acid content ≥55 %, is a first-class product.

(2) Poor detection of water-soluble humic acid content is allowed.

From the relative difference in the determination of water-soluble humic acid content, the average value of the relative difference in the water-soluble humic acid content of 17 samples was 0.72%, of which 1% accounted for 17.6% of the total. Therefore, the water-soluble humic acid content was determined in parallel. The relative phase difference is determined to be ≤1%.

(3) Water-insoluble matter content.

Among the 17 samples, there was 1 water-insoluble matter content ranging from 0% to 5%, accounting for 5.9% of the total; 2 samples ranging from 5% to 10%, accounting for 11.8% of the total; 6 samples ranging from 10% to 15%. Accounted for 35.3% of the total; 2 of 15% to 20%, accounting for 11.8% of the total; 5 of them were greater than 20%, accounting for 29.4% of the total. Among them, 2 samples are very close to 10%, so 5 samples may be less than 10%, accounting for 29.4% of the total. Because the content of water-insoluble matter is related to the content of heavy metals, this standard stipulates that the content of insoluble matter ≤12% is qualified product, and the content of water-insoluble matter ≤10% is first-class product.

(4) The detection of water-insoluble matter content is allowed to be poor.

In terms of the relative difference in the determination of insoluble matter, the average value of the relative difference in water-insoluble matter content of the 17 samples was 0.96%, of which 1% to 2% accounted for 41.17% of the total. Therefore, the relative difference in the parallel determination of the water-insoluble matter content Determined to be ≤2%.

(5) Moisture content.

Among the 17 samples, 6 samples with a moisture content of 0-10%, accounting for 35.3% of the total; 5 samples with a moisture content of 10%-12%, accounting for 29.4% of the total. Therefore, this standard stipulates that the moisture content ≤ 12% is a qualified product, and the moisture content ≤ 10% is a first-class product.

(6) pH value.

Among the 17 samples, the pH value ≤ 10 accounted for 100% of the total, which basically met the feed requirements, so the pH value index was determined to be 8-10.
